Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Russian-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a Porto-based client in social media and smart tech. The role offers a monthly gross base salary of EUR 1,000, paid over 14 months, with a EUR 1,000 welcome bonus, meal allowance, and night/sunday/holiday pay.

On-site in Porto, training precedes a rotating shift system. Requirements include fluent Russian, English at least B2, strong communication, and familiarity with social media platforms and tech gadgets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
