Your Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide outstanding assistance to users of next-gen social media and smart devices via chat, email, or phone.
  • Guide customers in solving technical or account-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and report user feedback, bugs, and suggestions to enhance product performance.
  • Follow standard procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to continuously improve service delivery.
What You Bring

Fluency in Russian and good command of English (B2+).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic familiarity with social media platforms and tech gadgets.

Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.

Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation after the initial training period (starts with morning shifts).

Availability to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.
