Nordicrecruiters is hiring an Affiliate Manager fluent in Russian and English to join a fast-growing, multicultural international team. You will own and grow a dynamic affiliate program and drive revenue.

You will identify new affiliates, manage relationships, analyze performance, and collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns. This permanent role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule and opportunities for career growth in the online business.

Qualificações

• Experience in affiliate management or digital marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify new potential affiliates, recruit them to the program, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to align campaigns with company goals.
• Provide affiliates with tools and guidance to optimize their campaigns.
• Regularly report on program performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and results.
