Nordicrecruiters in Lisbon is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support Russian-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat. You will understand needs, guide inquiries, and ensure a smooth, positive experience within a friendly, international team.

Relocation support to Portugal is available, with a permanent contract, structured schedule, paid training, and clear career progression routes within customer service, operations, quality, or team leadership.

Qualificações

• Native-level or fluent Russian, plus strong English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and develop within the role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer support to Russian-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Understand customer inquiries and offer accurate information, guidance, and solutions.
• Resolve service issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional tone.
• Record and track customer interactions using internal systems.
• Follow established procedures while also identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey.
