Qualifications

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team.
• A genuine passion for mobile gaming, specifically Supercell titles, is highly valued for this Gaming & Esports role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Valid EU passport or a legal right to work in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer support or the gaming industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to the Russian-speaking user base of world-famous Supercell gaming titles.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, billing inquiries, and account management concerns within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of current game mechanics, events, and community trends to assist players effectively.
• Proactively identify and elevate recurring technical bugs or player feedback to the development and quality assurance teams.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for players in every interaction, ensuring the highest standards of the Supercell brand.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols within our bustling Gaming & Esports center in Sofia.
