Tivoli Estela Golf & Lodges Porto offers a 6-month internship in the Rooms Department. You will assist reception, guest services and related areas, while rotating through concierge, guest relations, and housekeeping to gain comprehensive hospitality experience.

Ideal candidates are studying Hotel Management, fluent in English with basic Spanish/Portuguese, and possess an EU passport. Accommodation may be available and program includes onboarding and e-learning resources.

Qualifications

• Person with a service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hospitality setting.
• Availability for a 6-month internship from March/April to August/September 2027.

Responsabilités

• Support the Rooms Department with day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in cross-training across concierge, guest relations, guest service, housekeeping and Front-Office.
• Assist reception and guest services from booking to check-out, promoting hotel services.
