Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel, part of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, invites an Intern (M/F) to join the Rooms Department for a six-month internship beginning February 2027. You will learn by rotating through concierge, guest relations, guest service, Housekeeping and Front-Office to gain daily exposure and develop hospitality skills.

Fluent English is required and Portuguese is welcomed; EU passport or Swiss B Permit holder is preferred.

Formación

• Currently studying Hotel Management or related field.
• EU passport and/or Swiss B Permit holder.
• English fluency required; Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Intern in Rooms Department with a professional attitude and continuous learning.
• Cross-train across concierge, guest relations, guest service, Housekeeping and Front-Office.
• Support reception, assist guests from booking to check-out, promote hotel services.
