Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites ambitious students to join Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel as an Intern (M/F) in the Rooms Department for six months. You will participate in concierge, guest relations, guest services, Housekeeping and Front-Office under guidance from seasoned professionals.

From booking to check-out, you will support daily operations, learn service standards, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience in a vibrant international setting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a hotel management or related programme.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese preferred but not required.
• EU passport or Swiss B permit holder.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day operations in the Rooms Department across concierge, guest relations, guest service, housekeeping and Front Office.
• Assist guests from booking through check-out with a focus on quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Learn and apply Tivoli standards and procedures under supervision.
