A leading digital moderation company in Porto is seeking a passionate Content Moderator to join their team. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and enforcing platform policies. This full-time role offers a monthly gross salary of 1000€ paid over 14 months, alongside a meal allowance and comprehensive development opportunities. • Review videos, audio, comments, links, images, titles, and other user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Identify and flag policy violations accurately and efficiently.
• Enforce platform rules and moderation standards.
• Handle user appeals and provide clear, professional explanations for moderation decisions.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and effective moderation processes.
• Monitor trends and user behavior to proactively detect risks.
• Provide feedback to improve moderation tools, workflows, and strategies.

• Total Gross Monthly Salary: 1000€ (paid over 14 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day

🕒 Work Schedule

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Working days: Monday to Sunday
• Current shift: 09:00 – 18:00
• Planned evening shift: 13:00 – 22:00
• Future possibility: 24/7 operational schedule
• Days off: 2 rotational days per week

📍 Location & Accommodation

• Work Model: Onsite in Porto
• Accommodation Option:
  • Room in a shared apartment (up to 12 months)
  • Rent: 280€ per month
