A leading content moderation firm in Porto is seeking a Content Moderator. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Romanian and possess strong English communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance for content and coordinating with management. Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of Romanian (C2).
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Availability to work onsite.
• Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours/week).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded.
• Develop and maintain standards for online community security.
• Coordinate with departments for managing policy-violating content.
• Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies.
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

• Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
• Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
• Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
• Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.

• Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
