Job summary

Decskill is expanding its IT consulting practice and seeks a Technical Business Analyst focusing on Risk & Stress Testing. The role supports Finance and Risk functions with efficiency, agility and timely delivery. The successful candidate will work with SQL, Python, PySpark and Dataiku in an international setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, CS or related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Expert.
Experience with Credit Risk, IFRS9, Basel regulations or Stress Testing is mandatory.
Strong SQL and Python skills are required.

Responsibilities

Understand and translate business needs into functional/technical requirements.
Specify and test solutions within budget, regulatory and delivery constraints.
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.
Participate in production of stress test results.
Provide end-user and stakeholder support.
Contribute to improvement and scalability of engines and interfaces.
Support risk-related solutions evolution and transformation.
Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
