HN Services Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Expert to join an international Risk & Finance technology environment, focusing on Credit Risk, Stress Testing, IFRS 9 and Basel regulations.

You will translate business needs into functional specs, help define and deploy new solutions, work with stakeholders and support the production of Stress Test results. Strong SQL and Python skills are essential, with PySpark and Dataiku a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as a BA/Functional Expert in Credit Risk, IFRS 9, Basel or Stress Testing.
• SQL mandatory; Python mandatory.
• Knowledge of PySpark is a plus; Dataiku is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional specifications
• Participate in the definition, testing and deployment of new solutions and system evolutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams
• Support the production of official Stress Test results
• Provide functional support to end users
• Contribute to solutions covering Credit Risk, RWA, capital, provisions and cost of risk

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Expert in at least one of the following areas: Credit Risk; IFRS 9; Basel regulations; Stress Testing
• SQL – mandatory
• Python – mandatory
• Previous experience within the banking/financial sector is highly valued
• Knowledge of PySpark is a plus
• Knowledge of Dataiku is a plus
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
