You will establish merchandise and pricing plans, coordinate buying with Corporate Retail Services, and manage store layout to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a small team, develop goals, monitor budgets, and ensure loss prevention and compliance with company standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the retail or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Fashion Merchandising, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the retail or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day operations of a single retail outlet.
• Manages budget by reviewing operating statements, payroll progress, and inventory.
• Ensures visuals, merchandising, and store standards are maintained.
• Leads staff, sets performance expectations, and provides coaching.
• Drives guest satisfaction and sales performance.
