Qualificações

• Retail leasing, commercial real estate, property consultancy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the retail property market and tenant landscape.
• Proven track record in business development, leasing, sales, or commercial negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new retail leasing opportunities across shopping centres, high streets, retail parks, and mixed-use developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, retailers, investors and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate rents, lease periods, incentives, and other lease conditions.
• Support leasing process from enquiry to execution of lease agreements and attend industry events.
