Puma Europe seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager for the Algarve Outlet to support the Store Manager in driving sales, achieving KPIs, and promoting the Puma brand on the shop floor with energy and integrity.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in retail with at least 1 year in a leadership role, plus strong customer service, people management, inventory control, scheduling, and loss prevention.
