Job summary

Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage bookings, inquiries, and guest requests across our luxury resort. You will provide accurate information, friendly service, and proactive suggestions in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or tourism education or hotel experience, fluent English (German/French a plus), and strong verbal and written communication. You will join a supportive, energetic team dedicated to genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Education in Hospitality/Tourism or experience in similar roles at 4 and 5-star hotels (minimum 1 year).
• Fluency in English is essential; German and French are a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Exemplary verbal and written communication, initiative and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, make suggestions, and handle requests for bookings and inquiries.
• Manage bookings, occupancies and inquiries across all platforms.
• Work as part of a hybrid team with clear communication and initiative.

Our Reservations team knows and understands Martinhal like the back of their hand. Their quick-thinking and problem-solving skills equip them with the resources needed to manage bookings, occupancies, and inquiries for all our locations, incoming from all our different platforms. Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education in Hospitality/Tourism or experience in similar roles at 4 and 5-star hotels (minimum 1 year);
