Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort in Sagres, Algarve, seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the daily management of the Housekeeping Department and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations. You will guide room attendants and public areas teams, ensuring quality, hygiene and presentation standards are met.

We are looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper (M/F) to join the team at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort. Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, your main role will be to support the daily management and organisation of the Housekeeping Department, assisting the teams and contributing to the smooth running of operations while ensuring the resort’s high standards of quality, hygiene and service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management and organisation of Housekeeping and Laundry operations;
• Assist and support the room attendants, public areas teams and their respective supervisors;
• Work alongside the Executive Housekeeper to ensure compliance with established quality, service, hygiene and presentation standards;
• Assist with the organisation and allocation of the teams’ daily tasks according to operational needs;
• Provide guidance and support to the teams in their daily operations whenever required;
