The ideal candidate has over 3 years in consultative sales, strong communication skills, and must be able to work during U.S. business hours. A background in Interior Design is preferred, and the position offers a competitive base salary plus incentives.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in consultative, technical, or high-ticket sales (B2B or B2C).
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Focus on helping customers and acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with U.S.-based prospects.
• Conduct virtual consultations and design custom window treatments.
• Own the sales process end-to-end, including CRM pipeline management.
