Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript-II based in Portugal. This remote role focuses on hands-on engineering, AI-powered apps, and agentic workflows, with opportunities to mentor and shape engineering practices.

You will own end-to-end initiatives, design scalable systems, and collaborate with clients and teammates to deliver reliable, production-grade software using TypeScript and modern AI tools.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems.
• Hands-on TypeScript production-grade app development.
• Experience building AI or LLM-powered applications and agents.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Claude ecosystems.
• Experience with React.js and browser-based tools is a plus.
• Strong design, testing, CI/CD, and Agile/XP practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex initiatives end to end from design to production readiness.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using TypeScript.
• Design features for production‑ready AI experiences and workflows.
• Leverage AI tools, agents, and agentic frameworks responsibly.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and clients to align outcomes.
• Mentor peers and promote engineering best practices.
