Act Digital seeks an AI Tech Lead to steer a data platform and guide a squad of data/backend engineers in Lisbon with global collaboration. You will own the technical direction, design robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and ship production code weekly.

You will mentor on Go, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and streaming architectures, while enabling AI tooling adoption and regulatory data residency across international teams.

Qualificações

• Senior engineer with 5+ years leading teams.
• Strong Go production experience.
• Hands-on with data streaming and ETL/ELT.
• Deep PostgreSQL and OLAP with ClickHouse knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a high-performing data/backend squad.
• Own end-to-end outcomes and production delivery.
• Define blueprints for high-load data platform.
• Design event-driven CDC pipelines and streaming.
• Integrate AI agents to improve workflows.
• Mentor engineers for auditability and data residency.
