Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Portugal. You will drive complex initiatives across an AI-powered product/engineering org, owning structure, back-plans, dependencies, and delivery visibility for a portfolio of technical programs.

You will partner with engineering leads and product managers to deliver platform releases, migrations, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a remote EMEA role with London overlap.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in Technical Program Management within AI/ML or platform infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating multi-team programs with external deadlines.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations and platform trade-offs.
• Engineering background is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Establish operating cadences and ensure timely decisions.
• Own workback plans and dependencies across releases and migrations.
• Maintain project visibility across tools like Linear and issue tracking.
• Provide concise executive updates on status, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate incidents and client-related interruptions within the TPM area.
• Contribute to TPM practices, templates, and operating norms.
