Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a freelance HR consultant based in Portugal. This fully remote, hourly role combines talent acquisition with hands-on people operations for internal hiring and external staffing within a technology-focused environment.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, develop remote-first HR policies, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain compliant records, and support employee engagement and performance initiatives.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of HR experience with strength in recruitment and HR admin.
• Experience handling talent acquisition for corporate or agency clients.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of remote-work compliance and core HR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and external staffing projects.
• Develop and improve remote-first HR policies, onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate HR and freelancer records, contracts, NDAs, and compliance docs.
• Support employee engagement and performance management with regular check-ins.
• Administer payroll inputs and leave tracking for internal and freelance staff.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and strengthen HR processes.
• Coordinate multiple HR initiatives across distributed stakeholders.
