VBET is seeking a recruiter who loves precise boolean searches and building partnerships with hiring managers. You will own end-to-end recruitment for mid+ and some executive roles across Europe, Armenia and Brazil, with a focus on efficient, human candidate experiences.

You'll manage around five vacancies at a time, collaborate across countries and time zones, and contribute to employer branding and sourcing strategy. A strong sense of humor helps in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with some exposure to mid+/executive search.
• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming or a similar niche.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1), with Ukrainian/Russian as your native language.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle recruitment from intake call to offer and pre-boarding handoff, mostly for mid+ and some executive-level roles.
• Cross-border hiring across Europe, Armenia and Brazil.
• Ownership of ~5 vacancies at a time with varying complexity.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy and calibrate expectations.
• Room to grow beyond sourcing, including employer branding projects.
• Vacancy mix: ~20% IT and 80% non-IT across Marketing, Risk, Operations, HR, Payments, Customer Support, VIP, and more.
