VBET is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with distributed teams across several countries. You will be the trusted advisor to leaders, translating business goals into practical HR plans used by people across the organization.

In this remote role with occasional trips, you will lead the HR partner function for Technology, Product, and BI & Analytics, guiding talent planning, performance, and engagement while ensuring policies work consistently worldwide.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in HR with at least 3 as an HRBP or Head of HR supporting international or remote teams.
• Experience with complex employee relations and performance management.
• Know-how of labor laws across countries and remote work practices.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and a diverse, remote workforce.

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to HR partner and coach for your business units across multiple countries.
• Advise leaders on team structure, talent planning, and change.
• Own HR policies end to end and ensure lawful, consistent rollout across countries.
• Lead core HR processes, performance cycles, L&D, and data management.
• Launch engagement surveys, wellness programs, and remote work guidelines.
• Handle employee relations issues with fair investigations and consistent policies.
• Oversee the full employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
