Job summary

Cordis is seeking a Contract Junior Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across EMEA, with an initial focus on sourcing and coordination. You will partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to build candidate pipelines, conduct recruiter screenings, and drive recruiting operations across multiple functions.

Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records in an ATS.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years experience).
• Previous recruiting internship or recruiting coordination experience is required, sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Good English communication skills, other European languages are preferred.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
