Job summary

Dorel Juvenile is seeking a System Administrator to ensure core servers, networks and systems stay online, secure and optimized for business operations. You’ll handle maintenance, incident troubleshooting and projects for the IT team.

The role supports a remote or hybrid work arrangement with typical business hours Monday–Friday. A strong focus on Microsoft technologies, AD, DNS, DHCP and security is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in systems administration.
• Bachelor-level or higher IT degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environment and enterprise IT practices.
• Experience with security best practices and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on system administration, maintenance and operations support.
• Configure and support Server, Network and Storage environments per change management.
• Assist with IT Security practices and implementation.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and provide recommendations.
• Recommend software and hardware improvements and optimizations.
