Dorel Juvenile is seeking a System Administrator to maintain core server, network, and storage infrastructure. You will ensure systems are online, secure, and optimized to support business operations in a remote or hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a degree in Information Systems, and strong Microsoft tech skills (AD, DNS, Exchange, Intune, Azure). Familiarity with virtualization and networking is preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in information systems or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in system administration and IT operations.
• Strong Microsoft environment knowledge (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on system administration support and operations.
• Manage server, network and storage environments per change control.
• Contribute to IT security practices and implementations.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose improvements.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and escalate when needed.
• Communicate clearly with team and business users.
