Bridgein is a bootstrapped, remote-first company that simplifies cross-border legal issues for startups. This internship, under the Talento IEFP program, is based in Portugal and targets junior lawyers who want real responsibility from day one.

You will review and draft client and supplier agreements, advise on Portuguese labour, company law and GDPR, and interface with government agencies while using AI tools to enhance judgment and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law is required.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, with precision for legal work.
• Working knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law, Company Law, and GDPR fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing, drafting, and analyzing client and supplier agreements, including NDAs, sales contracts, and vendor agreements, with guidance and increasing ownership over time.
• Advising clients on legal compliance related to Portuguese operations.
• Assisting operations in ensuring legal compliance across subsidiary management and employment matters under Portuguese Labour Law.
• Drafting and maintaining public-facing documents including terms of use, privacy policies, and GDPR-related disclaims.
• Executing legal operations requiring representation, including power-of-attorney mandates and interface with government agencies.
• Keeping up with regulatory changes in Portugal and flagging anything affecting operations.
