BRIDGE IN seeks a Payroll & HR Operations Intern (IEFP Internship) to work remotely from Portugal. You will own end-to-end payroll for international clients, with focus on accuracy and compliance, while helping standardize processes as we expand into Spain and Italy.

You will collaborate directly with our Payroll Manager, gain real ownership, and have a clear path to a full-time contract based on performance. This remote-first internship emphasizes automation and growth.

Qualificações

• Based in Portugal, under 35, with a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of international clients with precision and consistency.
• Help standardize payroll workflows and contribute to unified processes as we scale into new markets.
• Use and help shape internal tools, including automation features and AI-assisted workflows, to run payroll faster and with fewer errors.
• Respond to employee and client payroll queries with clarity and speed.
• Support compliance with Portuguese labor law, tax obligations, and social security requirements.
• Contribute to reconciliation reports and internal audit processes to ensure accuracy.
