BRIDGE IN is seeking a Legal Associate for a remote position in Portugal, focusing on AI-driven legal work. You will engage in drafting contracts, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with Portuguese law. This internship aims to develop into a full-time role, offering exposure to international law and startup operations.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree, is under 35, and is fluent in Portuguese and English. The role emphasizes autonomy, initiative, and the integration of legal tech into practices.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Working knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law, Company Law, and GDPR fundamentals.
• Self-managed with strong initiative, able to flag blockers early.

Responsabilités

• Review and draft client and supplier agreements, including NDAs and sales contracts.
• Support clients on legal compliance queries related to Portuguese operations.
• Assist in ensuring legal compliance across subsidiary management.

Connaissances

Fluent in Portuguese

Fluent in English

Knowledge of Portuguese Labour Law

Knowledge of Company Law
