BRIDGE IN is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern to support the monthly close, forecast, and reporting across Portugal, Spain, and Italy. This remote role from Portugal operates under the +Talento IEFP program, offering real ownership of finance processes and AI-assisted workflows.

You will build KPI packs, assist budgeting, and work with accounting to ensure compliance while learning how a modern, multi-country finance function operates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Based in Portugal, under 35 and eligible for +Talento IEFP program.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Google Sheets skills and ability to explain numbers to non-finance people.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly and quarterly close and build reporting packs for Portugal, Spain, and Italy.
• Own recurring reporting, KPI dashboards, cash position, and revenue by market.
• Assist with forecast and annual budget, track variances and explain differences.
• Analyze data to spot trends and anomalies and present findings clearly to management.
• Collaborate with accounting to stay compliant with local regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare documentation for audits and client-facing financial requests.
