Bitsight is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next phase of its data and product experience through AI-powered solutions. You will own end-to-end design in greenfield and evolving areas, guiding how design takes shape across the organization.

You will navigate ambiguity, drive the end-to-end process, and collaborate with product teams to deliver impactful, data-driven experiences for Bitsight's customers worldwide.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of product design experience with ownership on shipped products.
• A strong portfolio showing craft and problem-solving with measurable impact.
• Experience designing AI-powered features or agentic workflows.
• Experience with complex, data-rich products and a design system.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design process for product areas from discovery to testing.
• Balance priorities across multiple product areas while moving quickly.
• Lead research by talking to users and customers in collaboration with Product.
• Prototype, test, and gather feedback using AI tools.
• Contribute to and extend the design system for consistency and craft.
• Evolve design for AI-powered features and data usage.
• Give and seek design critique to raise team quality.
