Bitsight is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape how users experience Bitsight’s data and AI-powered features. You’ll own design across key product areas, drive end-to-end processes, and influence how design integrates within the organization.

You’ll navigate greenfield work with ambiguity, collaborate with product and engineering, and contribute to a scalable design system to deliver intuitive, data-rich experiences for customers worldwide.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of product design experience with senior ownership on shipped products.
• Strong portfolio showing craft and problem-solving such as framing, process and measurable impact.
• Experience designing AI-powered features or agentic workflows.
• Experience working with complex, data-rich or analytical products and design systems.
• Fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and greenfield work.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design process for your product areas, from problem discovery and research through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user testing.
• Work across multiple product areas and balance shifting priorities while making informed decisions and moving quickly.
• Balance long-term vision with fast-paced execution.
• Lead your own research by talking to users and customers and shape what we build with product collaboration.
• Prototype, test, and gather feedback using AI tools to accelerate ideas.
• Contribute to and extend our design system, raising consistency and elevating our craft.
• Evolve how we design AI-powered features and how users leverage Bitsight’s data.
• Give and seek design critique to raise team quality.
