Dellent is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst for a maternity cover in Lisbon area, with remote work options. You will join a fast-moving, international team and handle EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax processes with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Local Service Providers, processing new hires and terminations, and supporting year-end statements while maintaining compliance. English fluency is required; a finance degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or administration is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise with completion and analysis of EMEA payroll, benefits, and tax procedures.
• Partner with the Senior Payroll Analyst and Regional People Team to ensure processing is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate with Local Service Providers and regional staff regarding payroll data.
• Assist in year-end processing and distribution of tax statements.
• Support department projects to improve processes.
