Hira Talent is seeking an International Recruiter to source and engage English-speaking candidates for customer service and technical support roles. The role is fully remote from Portugal with opportunities to meet the team in Lisbon.

It involves freelance collaboration with full-time availability, a fixed compensation plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. The ideal candidate will interview in English, assess communication and motivation, and guide applicants through the selection

Qualificações

• English proficiency at C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work remotely and handle full-time freelance collaboration in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage English-speaking candidates for customer service and technical support opportunities.
• Interview candidates in English and assess their communication, experience, motivations and availability.
• Guide candidates through the selection process and maintain responsive follow-up.
• Keep candidate records up to date and collaborate with the Hira Talent team.

• A proactive, results-focused approach and confidence working remotely.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Based in Portugal and available for a full-time freelance collaboration.

This is an internal role with Hira Talent.
