HCM Advisory Service GmbH is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities for HR-IT and Workday services. This full-time remote role covers EU markets and involves calls, emails, and social outreach to nurture leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

You will research target markets, keep CRM records up to date, collaborate with sales and marketing, and strive to meet activity and conversion targets while helping improve our outreach

Qualificações

• Fluency in German or German as a first language is essential.
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities.
• Effective communication and sales skills to engage prospects and move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR-IT, or tech services is beneficial.
