The role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and considerable project experience. Qualificações

• 4–5 years hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors Time Management implementations.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations.
• Familiarity with Integration Center and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

Conhecimentos

In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management

Experience in configuring Time Management modules

Familiarity with integrations to SAP HCM Time

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Formação académica

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field

SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Time Management
