Xelerate is seeking a Lead Copado Release Engineer to own and optimize Salesforce release processes. You will design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Copado and integrated tools, delivering secure, scalable solutions across regions.

You will mentor release engineers and collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to ensure releases deliver business value and meet governance standards. Remote-friendly environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualificações

10+ years in Salesforce release management or related roles, with hands-on Copado experience.
Strong knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring release engineers.

Responsabilidades

Lead Copado implementation and customization for Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
Configure deployments, version control practices, automated tests, and rollback strategies.
Automate quality and security checks to meet governance standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to release teams.
Collaborate with architects, analysts and product owners to ensure business value.
Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and tooling improvements.
Monitor deployment metrics and report on release health and cycle time.
Create documentation and runbooks for Copado configurations.
Develop training materials and deliver hands-on Copado sessions.
