Xelerate seeks a seasoned QA leader to own the quality strategy across Salesforce initiatives, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, plus custom integrations. You will design CRT frameworks, build Playwright-based automation, and enforce standards while guiding the team through CI/CD integrations and release health monitoring.

With 15+ years in QA and Salesforce expertise, you will mentor a high-performing team and shape testing data strategies, performance, security, and accessibility

Qualificações

• 15+ years in QA with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven Salesforce testing approaches including CRT for end-to-end flows.
• Strong Playwright experience for UI automation (LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce UI patterns).
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, multi-org considerations, and common integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own QA strategy for Salesforce initiatives and custom integrations.
• Lead CRT framework design and Playwright automation efforts.
