VW Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a junior to mid-level DesignOps specialist to enhance UX across the company, focusing on measurability, consistency, and repeatability. You will work with the Design System and extend Figma components to ensure scalable, developer-friendly output.

You will translate UX data into ROI insights, advocate for human-centered design, and collaborate across designers, developers, and stakeholders to advance the UX practice company-wide.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of UX practices and processes.
• Proficient with Figma, components, auto-layout, styles, libraries.
• Organized approach to documentation and repositories.
• Strong attention to detail and accessibility.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to collaborate with designers, developers and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Designing components in Figma maintaining and evolving the Design System.
• Improve and communicate processes, practices, and culture of Design within the company.
• Translate data to demonstrate UX's ROI and business impact.
• Drive the subject area of UX design forward with personal responsibility.
• Advocate for human-centered design and research.
• Develop a cross-functional design and UX community.
