Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a junior to mid-level DesignOps specialist. You will design and evolve the Design System in Figma, extend components, and drive measurable UX improvements across teams.
You’ll work to communicate UX value, collaborate with developers, and advocate human-centered design in a remote-friendly setup. Ideally you bring solid UX practices, Figma expertise, and strong collaboration skills, with English proficiency to coordinate across teams and
Qualificações
- Solid understanding of UX practices and processes.
- Experience with using Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, styles, libraries, and file organization.
- Strong structured approach to documenting and sharing resources.
Responsabilidades
- Designing components in Figma and evolving the Design System.
- Improve and communicate Design processes, practices and culture.
- Translate data to demonstrate UX ROI and business impact.
- Work with personal responsibility and self-organization to advance UX design.
- Advocate for human-centered design and research.
- Develop a cross-functional design and UX community.
