Infineon Technologies in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to drive efficient, scalable sales processes. You will optimize workflows, support RfQ handling, account clearing, and sample ordering, and develop tools with Excel, Tableau, and Infineon platforms to improve data visibility.

The role requires a degree in business or engineering, 3+ years in sales or related customer-facing roles, strong Excel/Tableau/Power BI skills, SAP experience, and excellent analytical

Qualificações

• A degree in business administration, industrial or electronics engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, purchasing or roles with close customer contact, ideally in automotive or semiconductor industry at a global company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Tableau (or Power BI), SAP and database programs.
• Experience with automation tools (ABBYY, DocuClipper, UiPath) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
• Strong technical understanding along with commercial and communication skills.
• Good proficiency in English (German would be a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Support sales operations tasks including RfQ handling, Account Clearing, Sample Ordering to enable smooth operations.
• Assist in executing sales planning for selected business units.
• Drive optimisation and automation of sales-related processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop tools using Excel, Tableau and Infineon platforms to streamline workflows and data visibility.
• Analyze, adapt and customize data reporting to meet client-specific requirements.
• Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and partnering with cross-functional teams.
