Job summary
Empa-T is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the roadmap for a Dealer Management System (DMS) in an international automotive technology project.
You will work with Product Management, Development, Sales, Operations, and Customers across Europe to translate market needs into strategy, prioritise development, and ensure successful deliveries while aligning with SDLC processes. Remote work is supported in Portugal.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development.
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent requirements gathering and business analysis.
- Experience with cross-functional teams across business and tech.
- Experience with international and multicultural teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with strategy.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Prioritize backlog and validate Epics, Features, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development during sprint planning and delivery.
- Coordinate pilot phases and collect customer feedback.
- Contribute to commercial proposals with Sales teams.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration across teams.
