Job summary

Adentis Portugal is seeking a Product Manager for Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) across Europe. You will define core product evolutions, build roadmaps, and manage the backlog, collaborating with the DMS Product Director to drive roadmap outcomes.

You will monitor UX, legal requirements, and market insights, validating Epics and Features while prioritizing sprints. You’ll also support pre-sales activities and contribute to a strong, cross-border deployment and recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the automotive business and a DMS (Dealer Management Solutions) solution.
• SDLC and Agile/Scrum backlog management (Epics, Features, Sprints).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to collaborate with international R&D and operations teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with the DMS Product Director.
• Monitor user experience, legal requirements, and conduct market/competitor/customer context analysis.
• Validate requirements (Epics and Features), acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities.
• Oversee delivery approval, pilot phases, and collaborate with deployment teams.
• Participate in pre-sales presentations, quotations, and customer/supplier meetings.
• Manage team activities (performance objectives, training, competencies, and recruitment needs).

Role Overview

Responsible for defining core product evolutions, building roadmaps, and managing the backlog for Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) across Europe (focusing on regions using iCar, Datacar, and Eris).

Key Responsibilities

• Define goals and manage product roadmaps in collaboration with the DMS Product Director.
• Monitor user experience, legal requirements, and conduct market/competitor/customer context analysis.
• Validate requirements (Epics and Features), acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities.
• Oversee delivery approval, pilot phases, and collaborate with deployment teams.

Tech Stack & Core Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of the automotive business and substantial experience with a DMS (Dealer Management Solutions) solution.
• Methodologies & Frameworks: SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process, Agile/Scrum backlog management (Epics, Features, Sprints).
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, cross-collaboration capabilities across international R&D and operations teams, and stakeholder management.
