Job summary

emagine is seeking a DMS Product Manager to lead core product evolutions for Dealer Management System needs across regions, aligning with client strategy and roadmaps. You will oversee the team and ensure SLA achievement with careful prioritization of bug tickets.

The role requires deep knowledge of the automotive business and DMS deployments (iCar, Datacar, Eris). You will coordinate with XS, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Sales to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams or product management roles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive business and DMS deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and build the Roadmap for DMS products.
• Monitor user experiences and upcoming regulations; provide insights.
• Analyze market, competitors, and customer context.
• Validate requirements and acceptance criteria from analysts.
• Engage in customer dialogue to capture product requirements.
• Manage backlog with priorities for innovation, efficiency and maintenance.
• Prioritize work for each sprint to maximize customer value.
• Approve delivery and manage pilot phases for major releases.
• Collaborate with Deployment teams for packaging and delivery of DMS releases.
• Participate in pre-sales presentations and quotations when needed.
• Ensure SDLC processes on the Product side.
