CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting Online Booking project in Portugal. You will support customers with accommodation reservations, travel-related inquiries, and bookings across destinations worldwide.

The role is a full-time remote position in Portugal with a Monday–Friday schedule, 07:30–17:00, weekends off, and 14 salaries per year.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Portuguese
• Portuguese (C1-C2) with good English skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Previous experience in travel or online booking industry is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via inbound calls, outbound calls, and online channels
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, travel services and online reservations
• Resolve routine issues related to products and services in a professional and timely manner
• Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information and guidance throughout the booking process
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
