Huxley is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst for a remote freelance contract to support a globally recognised consumer goods organisation. You will maintain portfolio visibility, governance, budgets, risks and reporting across multiple programmes and projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in PMO/portfolio management, with strong stakeholder communication. The role involves coordinating governance meetings, tracking finances, and ensuring data quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within a PMO, project coordination, portfolio management, IT, finance support or related environment.
• Experience supporting project, programme or portfolio governance activities.
• Strong financial awareness with exposure to budgets, forecasting, actuals, investment tracking or financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project and portfolio information within the organisation's Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, ensuring milestones, risks, financials and status updates remain accurate and up to date.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, governance and reporting activities across multiple business functions and regions.
• Assist with the preparation and quality review of business cases, ensuring assumptions, benefits, financial information and dependencies are clearly documented.
• Coordinate governance meetings and portfolio review sessions, including agenda preparation, reporting packs, action tracking and follow-up activities.
• Monitor portfolio budgets, forecasts and actual spend, identifying financial risks, opportunities and required escalations.
• Support budget change requests, funding adjustments and investment approval processes.
• Produce portfolio reporting and governance materials for leadership discussions and decision-making forums.
• Act as a key contact for PPM tool users, providing guidance on project status reporting, risk management and portfolio data maintenance.
• Support Project Managers and technology teams with financial governance, forecasting, risk management and project management best practices.
• Ensure project records, dependencies, governance documentation and financial information remain accurate throughout project lifecycles.
• Facilitate collaboration between project teams, business stakeholders, finance teams and governance groups.
