Luxclusif is seeking a strategic PMO leader for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Porto. The role focuses on overseeing a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects, prioritising initiatives, and delivering timely, cost-efficient results.

Qualificações

• Experienced in portfolio and project management, with a track record of delivering impactful cross-functional projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders and mediating project conflicts.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with experience of leveraging data and insights to create reports and business cases.
• Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of initiatives.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible and collaborative with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects and ensure delivery in line with expectations.
• Project manage key strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and iterate PMO documents and processes aligned with best practices.
• Develop business cases to inform prioritisation and decision-making.
• Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
• Create reports and dashboards monitoring KPIs and PMO portfolio performance.
