MAN Global Business Services Portugal seeks an Order Management Specialist to own the order lifecycle for the Spanish market. You will ensure accurate entry, timely processing, and proactive coordination with internal stakeholders and customers.

You will identify improvements, support compliance, and contribute to a positive customer experience in an international, evolving GBS environment.

Qualificações

• Completed studies with business background or commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years work experience in a similar role or in B2B order management.
• Experience in order management, ideally in automotive or related sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and data maintenance in master data.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end order management for the Spanish market.
• Enter and validate orders in SAP and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Confirm orders, monitor delivery schedules and ensure data accuracy.
