Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist to manage repair/replacement processes for non-functional parts. You will be the end-customer contact for RMA activities and provide information on standard services and the service catalog.

The role requires fluent German and at least English B2, with availability for hybrid work, shifts, and on-call rotations. Initial training will be provided to ensure smooth operations.

Qualificações

• Fluent German language.
• At least B2 level at English language.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication Skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in repair/replacement process management of non-functional parts.
• Act as the end customers point of contact to support and manage the RMA process.
• Provide information, and assistance to end customers regarding standard services and service catalog offerings.
• Ensure that the RMA lifecycle occurs according to the defined process and ensure that deadlines for repair/replacement of parts are met.
